ASCM's CHAINge Conferences - supply chain solutions

The Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) has reimagined its premier event, transforming the former CONNECT conference into CHAINge — an interactive experience built for today’s complex, disrupted supply chain environment.

Unlike traditional conferences, CHAINge is designed as a hands-on forum. Attendees do not just listen to keynotes; they debate ideas, co-develop solutions, and leave with practical strategies they can implement immediately in their organisations.

As ASCM CEO Abe Eshkenazi puts it “CHAINge isn’t a sit-and-listen event. It’s where ideas are debated, solutions built, and real-world impact begins.

From Brussels to Columbus

Following a strong debut in Brussels, CHAINge has quickly established itself as a go-to forum for supply chain leaders, innovators, and emerging professionals to confront the industry’s toughest challenges together.

Building on that momentum, CHAINge North America will be held September 9–10, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. The upcoming event will continue the format of interactive, scenario-driven learning and cross-industry dialogue.

Attendees can expect to explore critical topics such as:

  • Sustainability and responsible sourcing
  • AI integration and automation
  • Process engineering and operational efficiency
  • Navigating geopolitical tensions and trade complexity
  • Nearshoring strategies
  • Balancing technology with workforce development

A diverse, high-profile speaker lineup

CHAINge North America will feature leaders from across the supply chain spectrum, offering insight and real-world experience. Notable speakers include:

  • Henrik von Scheel, originator of Industry 4.0
  • Craig Jones, Chief Supply Chain Officer, On
  • Tanya Dysli, Chief Supply Chain Officer, IKEA
  • Barbara Melvin, COO, South Carolina Ports Authority
  • Lewei Yao, EVP, COSCO Shipping

The agenda is designed to blend strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that discussions are not just aspirational but applicable.

A different kind of event

One of CHAINge’s defining features is its collaborative, immersive approach. From C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies to the next generation of supply chain talent, participants work together in a shared environment that values diverse perspectives.

As CHAINge conference chair Bart De Muynck describes it “It’s a space where powerful ideas are not only shared but stress-tested and sharpened in real time.

This approach reflects the reality that modern supply chains cannot succeed in silos. Effective leadership today requires not only functional expertise but also the ability to engage, adapt, and lead across boundaries.

Registration and early bird pricing

Discounted early registration for CHAINge North America is available until July 10, 2025. ASCM members and non-members alike are encouraged to secure their places for this unique opportunity to build connections, share solutions, and strengthen leadership skills.
