Is your supply chain visible? The annual "State of Visibility" Survey for 2025 is here

In 2024, real-time visibility in supply chain was considered indispensable by around 77% of respondents who took part in our 2nd annual State of Visibility survey. The same survey also indicated that more than half of these respondents were actively adopting IoT and AI to enhance tracking.

Real-time visibility in supply chains has evolved into a necessity, offering a competitive edge and allowing businesses to navigate the complex logistics landscape by providing them this visibility in terms of where the goods are, how disruptions should be handled, and the condition of the goods.

All these directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

Key insights from 2024

Key insights from the State of Visibility Report 2024 indicated that the push for real-time visibility was predominantly driven by two global disruptions including geopolitical tensions and by customer expectations which drove demand for certain goods due to which customers wanted real-time updates and transparency.

The 2024 report also showed that there has been a good shift in the utilization of Real-Time Visibility & IoT Tracking. As you can see, the utilisation more than doubled from 25% in 2023 to 53% in 2024.
